The Fitness Girls!
This was the call when we had this pic taken "All the fitness girls picture time". And they all RAN to the front and didn't hesitate striking a pose : ) You bunch of posers!
Just a very quick post. I had a really relaxed weekend with the kids. Relaxed with very little exercise and a few more carbs than usual. 12 weeks starts today. So I am all revved up and ready to turn up the heat.

Nice pic, except for me, eyes shut and all. It was such a beautiful day (well except for the rain, but that didn't matter), really lovely wedding :)
Hi Di good luck with your 12 weeks prep, I'm sure you'll blitz it!!! Love your wedding shots, It makes me get even more excited about my wedding next year, I can't wait!
Cool pic..... my photographer made me do a bicep pose for one of my wedding shots :-)
